Wedding Reception

A Snowy Birthday

My youngest just turned 2 already....I feel like I just posted about his first birthday cake! Time flies....this year I made him a cake with Mickey's clubhouse in fondant around the side and Mickey cake pops as party favors.....the Mickey cupcakes were a treat on his actual birthday....Happy Birthday my Sweet Roh!

My new favorite way to decorate a birthday cake!!! Almond flavored cake with swiss meringue buttercream piped rosettes....Hope the birthday girl was sufficiently surprised! :)

The Sweetest Day

A dear friend got married a few weeks ago and I had the fortune of making her wedding favors.  She asked for chocolate cake truffles, two to a box, wrapped with a sweet pink ribbon.  I couldn't be happier for two people who are so perfect together.  Love you Mego and Danny!!

UFC Cupcakes

Before this, I am sorry to say I had no idea what UFC was....now I know :)  Fondant toppers with UFC logo and boxing gloves on almond flavored cupcakes! Yum :)

What a delicious way to celebrate fall....there are tiny bits of real apple in each spice cake truffle, coated with butterscotch for a caramel apple flavor that only comes around once a year!

Gone Fishing

Making these was so much fun! Here are chocolate and vanilla cupcakes with vanilla frosting topped with fishing décor! All decorations were handmade from fondant (with the exception of the goldfish, of course!).....Hope the birthday guy actually gets to go out and fish! Happy Birthday Frank!

Oh Toodles!

 A very happy Mickey birthday party ended with a Mickey Mouse hat cake covered in fondant and fondant topped cupcakes in chocolate and vanilla.  The back of the cake had the birthday boy's name on it.  Happy 2nd Birthday Joey!!
